Migration safe solution – thermal transfer printing set containing MIGRATION SAFE labels with non-migrating adhesive together with a dedicated thermal transfer ribbon.
The labels have been designed for blood donation centers in order to overprint data and barcodes. They comply with the ISBT standard in accordance with Directive 2002/98 /WE. The adhesive has been approved by Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and ISEGA. They provide clear and secure identification. They exhibit water resistance, as well as centrifugation and temperature ranging from -90°C to + 20°C. They are flexible, can be matched to the shape of the blood bag and provide easy scanning of the barcode. The non-migrating adhesive used here is characterized by high initial cohesion, excellent adhesion and efficiency in low temperature – on a wide range of bases, including non-polar surfaces, especially when being used at temperatures below 0°C. Using super smooth, glossy paper as a backing makes it easy to remove labels from the tape after printing.
Labels are also designed for a long-term storage of material.
